The 10 Step Process

Moving to a new country can seem like a complex process. At First Migration we aim to make the process as transparent and easy to understand as possible for all of our clients. All our applications follow our simple 10 step process, which leads from your initial enquiry to landing in your new country.

1.  Decide which country or countries you are interested in moving to.

2.  Submit an online enquiry/assessment to First Migration and get a free online assessment on your eligibility.

3.  First Migration will contact you to discuss your case and advise you on how we can assist you and how the application can be taken forward.

4.  Once you have chosen First Migration to represent your case, you will be allocated a dedicated caseworker who will advise you on the exact requirements for your individual application. In assigning us, your application will be bound by our service guarantee, which means continued support and service when and wherever you need it.

5.  Once you have collected the specific documents for your application, your dedicated caseworker will assess each document and advise you on their eligibility. Once all the documents are to our requirements, your caseworker will draw up your application, covering letter and complete all other formalities before submitting it to the relevant authority.

6.  While your application is being assessed by the relevant authority, you can check on the status of the application by logging into our member’s area, by contacting your dedicated caseworker or by selecting our text update service. In line with our service guarantee however, we will update you on a weekly basis.

7.  Once your application is returned we contact you and advise you on the approval.

8.  First Migration will return all your original documentation and supply you details on the formalities you will need to complete before you can move to your new country of residence.

9.  Once you have completed all the formalities, First Migration can help you start your new life. Employment, housing and all other aspects of moving to a new country are covered by our support team and we are more than happy to assist you.

10.  Once settled into your new home, First Migration is only a phone call away and can help you with visa extensions, settlement, naturalisation or any other visa you or your family may need.
