Overview

From 1st April 2009 the Home Office has been offering same day slots for applications made under the Points Based System (PBS). First Migration has been able to secure a weekly slot with the Home Office to allow our clients to benefit from this new service. If you are looking to expedite your Tier 1 visa application, First Migration can secure your visa approval on a same day basis through the PEO in Croydon.

Eligibility

Applications can be made under the same day process for Tier 1 if you are applying under any of the following criteria:

• Tier 1 initial application
• HSMP extension (extending into Tier 1)
• FLR HSMP

Whilst the Home Office tries to process every application on the same day it was submitted, they do reserve the right to retain the application if they are unable to verify the documents. It is therefore advisable for applicants who are self employed or who have overseas earnings to apply via post, as these applications take longer to process.

• An allocated same day slot (average 2 day turnaround for a decision)
• A First Migration representative will submit the application at the Public Enquiry Office (PEO) and escort you through the building when you have your Biometrics taken on the day
• Rest assured that we will do all the talking at the PEO so you have a hassle free experience and leave the building once the Biometrics have been taken.
  
• Your application will be ready for collection / postage within 3 days of submission (due to the time taken by the UKBA at present)

For same day applications we currently offer the following payment plans:

Option 1: Full Payment Upfront - £1000

Make the full payment upfront and pay £1000 inclusive of all taxes and charges.

£1000 Professional fee* - Paid upfront

£1,300 Government fee** - Paid before submission

Total Fee = £2,300

* Please be advised that the first two dependents are included in our professional fee but we will charge £50 per additional dependent

** Please note that the Government fee per dependent will be £650
